Measuring ring size

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Before You Start

Make sure your hands are at a normal body temperature. Fingers tend to shrink when cold and expand when warm, which can affect accuracy.

If you fall between two sizes or aren’t sure, we recommend choosing the larger size.

What You’ll Need

  • A thin strip of paper (about 3 inches long)
  • A pen or marker
  • A ruler (with millimeters or inches)

Directions:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Wrap the strip of paper around the base of your finger — exactly where you’d like the ring to sit.

  2. Make sure the paper is snug but not uncomfortably tight.

  3. Mark the point where the ends of the paper overlap.

  4. Lay the strip flat and measure the distance from the starting end to your mark (in millimeters or inches).

  5. Compare your measurement to our U.S. ring size chart to find your perfect fit.
